WHAT IF : A TALE OF 3 MUSKETEERS

Image
Imagine a universe where Luffy from One Piece , Naruto from Naruto , and Ichigo from Bleach become the best of friends. The chaos and hilarity that would ensue would be legendary! The Beginning of a Beautiful Chaos Luffy : "I’m gonna be the Pirate King!" Naruto : "Believe it! I’m gonna be Hokage!" Ichigo : "Can you two keep it down? I’m trying to save the world here!" These three meet during a cosmic mix-up where their worlds collide, literally. The first thing they do? Compete to see who can eat the most ramen or maybe meat. πŸ‘€ (Spoiler: Luffy wins by a landslide, while Naruto sulks and Ichigo wonders why he’s even there.) Training Gone Wrong Naruto : "I’ll teach you how to summon frogs!" Luffy : "Cool! Can I eat them?" Ichigo : "I’m surrounded by idiots." Naruto attempts to teach Luffy and Ichigo the art of summoning. Luffy tries to eat Naruto's summoned frog, Gamakichi, while Ichigo accidentally summons his inner Hollo...

MY MANGA DELIGHTS 1.0

Image
As I already mentioned, I'm a huge anime fan and avid manga reader. I keep up with weekly manga releases from different genres. Today, let's talk about some shoujo mangas. (Shoujo means aimed primarily at a young female audience, typically teen girls.) You can guess from the description that there would be a super handsome guy and a girl who eventually fall in love. Absolutely! And I love these stories. Who wouldn't? You've got a tall, handsome guy who's into basketball and gaming, with killer looks to boot! He only has eyes for one girl. Even though a bunch of other girls fawn over him, he never pays them any attention and eventually falls for the damsel in distress. Highly unrealistic, right? It's the classic shoujo manga charm! But despite the recurring themes, there are some outstanding shoujo mangas I've read. One of my favorites is Fruits Basket. If you're into anime, you've probably heard of it. FRUITS BASKET - 'Fruits Basket' has a co...

THE COSMOS

Image
So, I follow this amazing artist on Instagram, Tanya Shatseva. Her art truly inspires me; she can bring dreams to life with her paintings, and I aspire to reach her level someday.πŸ™ˆ Back in school, I struggled with imagination and doubted my ability to create from my own ideas. But over the years, though, I've improved. I'm still learning and growing—it's not like I'm a creative powerhouse now. I find ideas on Pinterest and follow inspiring people on Instagram, but I'm constantly learning. Last August, I painted this piece and named it 'Cosmos',  A lady blending into the vast expanse of the universe..  Let me share the story behind it.  - I usually buy my art supplies from Starmark because they have an amazing collection. So, while browsing for a canvas, I spotted a neon green bottle of acrylic paint. Naturally, I couldn't resist buying it—who needs self-control anyway?😢😢 Later, as I was scrolling through Pinterest, I got an idea: why not paint somethi...

TRANSFUSION

Image
I’ve been meaning to display my paintings on a platform other than Instagram so it isn’t lost amidst the mindless algorithm and this blog is the first step towards that effort. Here’s my first post displaying 'Transfusion'. A few weeks ago, I completed this painting titled 'Transfusion' . It's a surreal piece with a touch of fantasy, featuring a lady with blue hair.(I always enjoy making my paintings a bit unrealistic, hence the blue hair.) Neon pink liquid flows through her veins, and her eyes are closed as she dreams, suspended in a peaceful state. As a huge anime fan, I'm currently re-watching One Piece. When I started the painting, I was watching the 'Punk Hazard' arc, specifically the scene where Law is destroying the SAD room. It inspired me to create something like the suspension liquid you often see in sci-fi movies, where a person is inside some neon green fluid.  I know it’s a bit weird to connect the story behind this painting like that, but I...
