CRY ME TO THE MOON
Long time no see, right? .............. The past month has been incredibly tough. If you’re from Kolkata, India, you’ve probably guessed why. It's the RG Kar Medical College victim case we’re all dealing with, and yes, it’s been mentally draining for everyone. (For those who need context, please refer to the Notes below.) In light of this, I created a painting titled "Cry Me to the Moon." As you know, I tend to infuse my artwork with vibrant colors and a dreamy quality because I’m not fond of realistic depictions—at least not for my paintings. So, I used a wide palette of colors to represent the vibrancy that seems to be missing from our world right now. We hope the light will shine upon us soon. As for the painting details, it’s done with acrylics on a 10x12 inch canvas board. Wrapping it up here—see you later!
